DutyVAT is operated by the DutyVAT project team. You can reach the data controller at support@dutyvat.com.

We keep collection narrow and tied to the product experience.

• Calculator usage: parcel values and selections are processed in your browser for the estimate and are not submitted to DutyVAT.
• Email messages: your address and message are handled by the email providers involved when you choose to contact us.
• Operational logs: hosting and security logs retained by infrastructure providers.

DutyVAT currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking. Because no optional storage is used, there is currently no consent choice to accept or reject.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Netlify processes ordinary hosting and security logs, and your email provider processes a message only when you choose to contact us.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data we hold about you. Email support@dutyvat.com and we will respond within the applicable deadline.

DutyVAT is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
